CMCP7504四通道机械监控系统是符合四通道API 670的连续监控系统，可与近程探头，加速度计，速度传感器和模拟输出传感器配合使用。 CMCP7504能够通过峰，RMS或峰到峰检测来监测速度，加速度，包络加速度（gE），位移和推力位置。每个输入都有一个隔离的4-20mA输出，电压输出，警报继电器输出，危险继电器输出和两（2）个缓冲的原始信号输出。前端安装的BNC缓冲输出允许使用便携式振动分析仪访问传感器未处理的原始信号，而模拟输出则提供与设施PLC，DCS或SCADA系统的连续通信。端子排上有Modbus RS485输出。

CMCP7504带有4.3英寸LCD显示屏，可轻松读取条形图，了解整体振动值和警报指示器。CMCP7504外壳的防护等级为IP65，可安装在单独的外壳中以进一步保护环境。

The CMCP7504 Four Channel Machinery Monitoring System is four channel API 670 compliant continuous monitoring system for use with Proximity Probes, Accelerometers, Velocity Transducers and Analog Output sensors. The CMCP7504 is capable of monitoring in Velocity, Acceleration, Enveloped Acceleration (gE), Displacement and Thrust Position with Peak, RMS or Peak to Peak detection. Each input is accompanied by an isolated 4-20mA output, voltage output, alert relay output, danger relay output and two (2) buffered raw signal outputs. The front mounted BNC buffered outputs allow access to the sensors raw unprocessed signal with a portable vibration analyzer while the analog outputs provide continuous communication with the facilities PLC, DCS or SCADA system. A Modbus RS485 output is available at the terminal strip.

The CMCP7504 features a 4.3″ LCD display which provides easy to read bar graphs for the overall vibration value and alarm indicators. The CMCP7504 housing is rated for IP65 and can be installed in a separate housing for further environmental protection.
